Aurora General Workers selects Pantheon for private equity fund-of-funds portfolio

Aurora (Colo.) General Employees’ Retirement Plan recruited Pantheon to deal with a $15 million private value reserve of-reserves portfolio, said Steve Shanks, annuity plan chairman.

The $623 million benefits store led a waitlist search after a proposal by venture advisor Callan in October 2020 to recruit an asset of-reserves chief with a more measured way to deal with accommodate some customization that will permit the annuity asset’s board optional endorsement of the immediate assets the supervisor suggests, as indicated by July 15 executive gathering minutes.

Callan had recently suggested a private value pacing plan adding up to $15 million in responsibilities.

Different finalists were Pathway Capital Management and Portfolio Advisors.

As of Dec. 31, the genuine allotment to private value was 14%; the objective is 10%.
